CARA DISPUTE PAYZA


"Dispute"adalah Pengajuan pengembalian dana,akibat terjadinya perselisihan atau penipuan saat transaksi.Harap dicatat tidak semua dana bisa dikembalikan, tapi paling tidak 70% dari dana yang belum dibayar bisa didapat kembali.Sebelum mulai sebaiknya persiapkan semua data-datanya
Fitur ini bisa digunakan selama belum melewati 45 hari sejak tanggal transaksi,jadi sangat berguna bagi kita bila seandainya terjadi penipuan saat transaksi ataupun saat kita berinvestasi online.
berikut caranya:

1).Login ke Payza,
    klik main menu dan" Resolition Center"





2).Maka akan timbul menu dispute 

    Dan klik"File Dispute"


3).Pilih Transaction list yang akan di dispute

   Klik "File Dispute" di samping kanan Transaction list yang akan di dispute.





4).Isi data Transaksi dan alasan kita melakukan "dispute"

 Selanjutnya klik next



 


5).Cek lagi,Jika sudah benar

   selanjutnya kilk next




6).Klik tanda centang pada kotak yang di sediakan

    dan klik finish

Nah kalo dapat Reply seperti itu, tunggu 5 hari KERJA terhitung dari tgl kita trima email. Setelah 5 hari kerja lalu kita reply ke email yang CONTACT Request, bilang kalau seller ga respon n minta refund.
PENTING!! jangan lebih dari 10 hari kerja dalam mereply email dari Payza ato dispute kita di auto close oleh Payza
